Revival Bio Labs offers 2-Day Air shipping on all orders placed before our daily cutoff time. Every order includes free shipment protection and ships in discreet, unlabeled packaging. Lyophilized peptides do not require cold shipping — they are stable at room temperature for transport and short-term storage.

At this time, Revival Bio Labs ships exclusively within the United States, including all 50 states. We do not currently offer international shipping. Check back as we continue to expand our fulfillment capabilities.

Revival Bio Labs is a U.S.-based research compound supplier built on a foundation of quality, transparency, and scientific integrity. Our compounds are produced to research-grade specifications and lab tested, and are sold strictly for research use only.

All Revival Bio Labs products are sold strictly for research, laboratory, and educational purposes only. They are not approved for human consumption, veterinary use, or any therapeutic application. By purchasing, you confirm you are a qualified researcher and will use all products in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Revival Bio Labs stands behind the quality of every product we ship. Refunds or replacements are issued only for products that arrive damaged or if an incorrect item was sent. If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours of confirmed delivery with clear photos of the product, vial(s), and outer packaging so we can review your claim. For shipping issues such as lost, misdelivered, or stolen packages marked as delivered, resolution is handled through the carrier on a case-by-case basis. Due to the nature of research materials, all sales are final — we do not accept returns or issue refunds on opened or unopened products unless there is verified damage upon arrival or a confirmed fulfillment error on our part.

You can reach the Revival Bio Labs support team via email at hello@revivalbiolabs.co. We typically respond within 24 hours on business days and are committed to resolving any questions or concerns as quickly as possible.
